HK is NOT a bus fans country, buses are NOT just for Bus fan's enjoyment, it is a transport!! Do you think NORMAL people will like hotdogs in 35
degrees or higher in summer?? If you can find a NORMAL person that says yes, i would say he/she is crazy and should be taken to 青 山

So just a 'few' passengers who prefer taking a
bus at 35C with no A/C means most buses in HK
should have no A/C?
I sure wouldn't say all, though it seems to me
'some' of these people sure would do things that
may 'sound crazy' when compare to other non-bus
fan passengers, such as standing on the streets
to take bus photos, supporting high premium for
A/C bus service, etc...

of transportation with A/C, such as mini-buses,

Absolutely agree...Nowadays CMB is one of the best non-franchise bus companies i would say, since their service is FREE! At least way better than those
of Heng Fa Shopping Centre shuttle buses.....

Why not? Can you find a CMB bus which currently
serves passengers on daily basis that does not
have 2+2 seating?

If you do a survey around the street, i wonder which franshise bus company will be the top in the worst bus company list? I guess it could be the one that
has about 4100 buses....

Oh! Once again, you cannot use 無 理 反 九 as a
reason. If (cheap) A/C bus service is what
passengers (customers) look for, and if the bus
company isn't providing the bus service that
they want, they sure have their 'reasons' to
against certain bus company.

fitted with the number 53. Where is the A/C bus
for 53? How about 18? Even the plates were
printed with A/C bus fares, where are the A/C
buses? How about 12? When will that route
receive A/C bus service on Kowloon side?

Oh, so you want a bus which is 20 yrs old to climb 大 帽 山? i simply don't understand...have you heard of 金 屬 疲 勞?I believe a bus is made out of
metal, correct? So you think a bus been serving for 15 yrs or above is safe to be on the road? You might argue that K?B has good maintainence, but 金 屬
疲 勞 is not something that can be repaired or fixed....
Also, Mercedes (ME) are 18 years old this year, so you think they should be used to serve 51?! Good luck to the passengers, just hope they can handle the
steep hills and not cracking their chassis....臨 死 前 先 玩 殘 批 車....

Old buses are ok, as long as they get refurbished

certain bus company still has plenty of non-A/C

where are we talking about?? We are talking about a South-East Asia country called 'HONG KONG'! I don't mind having a tourist route with special buses

I also wonder how hot does UK get during summer

temperature gets over 27C in UK vs. HK? Do buses
in UK need A/C like HK?
> Well K?B always has a bus fan gang which always 盲 目support them
I agree, whatever that bus company does, it's right.
There are so minibus, 75K and factory buses serving the Industiral DIstrict. The addition of bus stops fo 275 can also further satisfy the needs of the people
along the Industiral Estate.
People in IED are alreday not so happy with the decision of adding stops fo 275 'cos it is wasting their time and they often claim of inadequte service at
night. Instead, i prefer using sigle deckers rather than AV in sundays
but with a higher frequency.

From which we know that a chassis + CKD bus body kids is just around HK$1.7 to HK$2M depends on the size discount & configurations. Bus operator
shall purchase other components like chairs, air-con, LED display directly from manufacturers rather than via the bus builders. Now a market value for a
complete bus plus building costs is approx HK$2.6M for Dennis Trident & HK$2.8 for Volvo Super Olympian
